This matter stands submitted on motion by defendant, Indiana-Kentucky Synod, to dismiss the complaint of plaintiff, Reverend Lloyd Yaggie ("Pastor Yaggie"), for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
