This case arises out of the purchase of, and failure to pay for, agricultural lands and agricultural loans. The State appeals the superior court's denial of its motion for a directed verdict on Carpenter's claim that his duty to pay on the loans was discharged based upon the theories of mutual mistake, commercial impracticability and misrepresentation.
