This appeal raises the issue of whether additional attorney's fees should have been awarded to plaintiff after the court's allowance of plaintiff's Dist./Mun. Cts. R. Civ. P., Rule 56 motion for summary judgment. We find the court's refusal to award additional attorney's fees was error.
