This case is here on certiorari to the Utah Court of Appeals to review its ruling that petitioner Kaylin Robinson was not entitled to a publicly paid transcript of the trial proceedings in which she was convicted of driving with a suspended driver's license and ordered to pay a fine.1 Murray City v.
