Richard Farm Corporation (Farm), which paid criminal defendant Charles Richard's $50,000.00 cash bail, appeals the trial court's denial of Farm's "motion for return of cash bond to intervening party," as well as the trial court's order directing that $11,635.00 be disbursed to the Clerk's Support Fund in satisfaction of Richard's child support arrearage, $12,500.00 be retained...
