PATTERSON, Judge.

Having determined on original submission that the trial court had erroneously failed to sentence the appellant, Heywood Nye, in accordance with the Habitual Felony Offender Act, Code of Alabama 1975, § 13A-5-9, and that the trial court had erred in ordering the sentence enhancements imposed pursuant to §§ 13A-12-250 and -270 to be served concurrently, we remanded this cause on September 30, 1993...
