The appellant, Jacob Dansby, Jr., was found guilty of the capital offense of double murder. See § 13A-5-40(a)(10), Code of Alabama 1975. He was found guilty of murdering his wife, Willie Francis Dansby, and his 15-year-old son, Allen Dansby.
