BILLINGS, Presiding Judge:

Plaintiff Kelly Sorenson appeals from the dismissal of his wrongful termination suit against his employer, Kennecott-Utah Copper Corporation. We affirm.

FACTS

Sorenson began his employment with Kennecott in March 1974. At the time he was hired he signed various work-related documents, including a company policy statement entitled "1973 General Rules of Conduct" (the 1973 Code). It provided in relevant part:
