PER CURIAM.

John Ruthell Henry appeals his conviction of first-degree murder of Eugene Christian and sentence of death. We have jurisdiction under article V, section 3(b)(1), of the Florida Constitution.

Henry's estranged wife, Suzanne Henry, was found stabbed to death in her home in Pasco County. Her five-year-old son from a previous marriage, Eugene Christian, was missing. Enough evidence was discovered to arrest Henry for his wife's murder. During questioning...
