This is an appeal from a jury verdict in favor of the respondents in the amount of $40,000 in compensatory damages and $500,000 in punitive damages for violations of the Idaho Consumer Protection Act by appellant. Appellant claims that the district court erred by not providing the jury with an adequate instruction on the issue of punitive damages and that the court committed reversible error by allowing the testimony of four former employees.
