Russell Roebel appeals the denial of his claim for Worker's Compensation benefits. He asks that we reverse the decision of the Worker's Compensation Board and award him temporary total disability benefits from October 4, 1988 to December 18, 1988, and permanent total disability benefits commencing June 1, 1989. We affirm the Board's denial of benefits.
