COPE, Judge.

John L. Pallas appeals his conviction and sentence for aggravated stalking. We affirm.

Defendant was charged with aggravated stalking in violation of subsection 784.048(3), Florida Statutes (Supp. 1992). He challenged the constitutionality of the statute, on federal and state grounds, arguing that the statute is vague and overbroad.
