The appellant, Clyde Chillous, Jr., appeals from the summary denial of his petition for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Rule 32, A.R.Crim.P. In February 1993, the appellant pleaded guilty to manslaughter and to attempted murder. In November 1993, the appellant filed a post-conviction petition attacking his convictions.
