Plaintiff, David Bruce, appeals a judgment of the trial court granting a motion for summary judgment, filed by defendants, Ampacet Corporation (Ampacet) and Cecil Thompson, the Ampacet plant manager, dismissing his suit for damages for alleged wrongful termination. We reverse and remand.
