Goodwin, Inc., appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Hancock Country, MacInnes, A.R.J.) denying its motion to amend its complaint and granting a summary judgment in favor of Edward A. Fox. Goodwin, a construction subcontractor, contends that the court abused its discretion in denying its motion to add R.H.
