In October 1992, the appellant, Fernandez Robinson, pleaded guilty to and was convicted of the unlawful possession of cocaine and was sentenced to five years' imprisonment. After completion of the Disciplinary Rehabilitation Program (boot camp) he was placed on probation in April 1993. That probation was revoked in October 1993 after a revocation hearing...
