KIRSCH, Judge.

Dwight Billingsley appeals his conviction for Theft,1 a Class D felony, and the subsequent finding that he is an habitual offender. Billingsley presents two issues for review: whether a final judgment was properly entered by a duly appointed judge pro tempore and whether there was sufficient evidence to convict him of theft. We affirm.
