STATON, Judge.

Thomas Blackburn ("Blackburn") and Raymond Green ("Green") appeal the trial court's order granting partial summary judgment in favor of Charles Sweeney, Jr. ("Sweeney") and Daniel Pfeifer ("Pfeifer"). Blackburn and Green raise three issues for our review, but we find the following (re-stated) issue to be dispositive: whether the parties' agreement violates Indiana Professional Conduct Rule 5.6.

We reverse and remand.
