Finch has filed suit against defendant Hercules Incorporated, alleging he was discriminated against because of his age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ["ADEA"], 29 U.S.C. § 621-34.1 Finch contends Hercules discriminated against him when it terminated his position following a reduction in force at corporate headquarters....
