This case arose from a dispute between a realtor, Century 21 AAA Better Homes, Inc., and its employees, David Lamb and Tom Shelton (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Century 21"), and SouthTrust Bank of Calhoun County ("SouthTrust"), concerning SouthTrust's refusal to pay Century 21 a commission on a property sold at a foreclosure sale. Century 21 sued SouthTrust, stating claims based on fraud, negligence, quantum meruit, work and labor done...
