In this appeal we are presented with an alleged assault upon a police officer with an automobile. The appellant asserts that the evidence was insufficient to establish that he intended to assault the officer. Our view of the record suggests that there was sufficient evidence to allow a fair-minded jury to conclude beyond a reasonable doubt that Harris intended to cause the officer serious bodily injury by running over him with an automobile...
