This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court determining that John and Patricia Schnabl were not liable for money borrowed from the appellant, Neal Hausam, by the Schnabl's son, Wade, while Wade was managing his father's business. We hold that the district court erred in concluding that there was no unjust enrichment in this case. Accordingly, we reverse the judgment of the district court...
