Donnell Currin Jr. appeals his conviction for Robbery, as a Class A Felony1. He raises two issues for our review which we rephrase as: 1) whether the trial court erred in refusing to allow Currin to peremptorily challenge the sole black prospective juror and, 2) whether the trial court erred by refusing to allow Currin to impeach a State's witness with the witness's prior conviction...
