Defendant pled guilty to possession of crack cocaine in violation of R.S. 40:967(C)(2) and was sentenced to three years. His sentence was suspended and he was placed on five years active probation with special conditions. In connection with his plea he reserved his right to contest the trial court's earlier denial of his motion to suppress in accordance with State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976). Thus...
