In this case, we consider whether Appellant Deborah Campbell, a recipient of benefits from Aid to Families With Dependent Children (AFDC), was entitled to a hearing following notification that her AFDC benefits would be reduced. The Department of Family Services (DFS) denied her request for a hearing and the district court affirmed that denial. We affirm the district court's judgment.
