This case requires the interpretation and application of the Oil Well Lien Act (the Act), La.R.S. 9:4861, et seq. Intervenors, Transamerican Energy LTD. III, Toce Oil Company and Crossroad Oil Company, appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, Guichard Drilling Company. There are two issues presented for our review.
