On August 5, 1994, United States Magistrate Judge Jeffrey S. Wolfe issued a Report and Recommendation with respect to the plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 4). In the Report and Recommendation, Magistrate Judge Wolfe recommended that summary judgment be granted and that the plaintiff be awarded the principal sum of $106,744.00. He also recommended that the plaintiff be awarded monthly interest of $1,601.16...
