Plaintiffs appeal the judgment of the trial court, granting a motion for summary judgment filed by defendant, the Succession of E.C. Wentworth (Succession of Wentworth). The Succession of Wentworth answered the appeal, asserting that the trial court erred in denying its exception pleading the objection of prescription. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court's granting of the motion for summary judgment and affirm the trial court's denial...
