This case is on appeal from the bankruptcy court's dismissal of Lewis and Stuart Jacobs' complaint seeking a determination that Robert Pierce's debt to them of $400,000 is non-dischargable. As noted by the bankruptcy court, this proceeding has been "unnecessarily murky."
