PER CURIAM.

Michael Anthony Simmons was convicted of reckless murder, pursuant to Ala.Code 1975, § 13A-6-2(a)(2). The Court of Criminal Appeals held that the trial court had erred in charging the jury on aiding and abetting, so that court reversed the conviction and remanded the case for a new trial. Simmons v. State, 649 So.2d 1279 (Ala.Cr. App.1992). Both the State and Simmons petitioned this Court for certiorari review...
