Myrtle Dillon Beal, daughter of Lawrence Thurmon Dillon, deceased, filed a petition for probate of will and for grant of letters of administration and a motion for injunctive relief requesting that Marva Dillon, the deceased's wife, be enjoined from performing any duties as Administratrix of Dillon's estate. Myrtle also filed a motion to interplead the Public Employees' Retirement System pursuant to Rule 22 of the Mississippi Rules...
