Appellant-defendant Eric Egan brings this interlocutory appeal challenging the Vanderburgh Circuit Court's jurisdiction to determine paternity pursuant to the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act (URESA)1, and alleging that Indiana's URESA statute violates the guarantees of equal protection afforded by the United States and Indiana Constitutions.2
