The trial court granted a summary judgment to the appellee DSM Engineering Plastics, Inc. (DSM) and against the appellants Nick, Caroline, Cloe, and Nikki Owens (the Owenses) on the Owenses' complaint for damages related to personal injuries sustained by Nick Owens while working at his employment by DSM.
