OPINION

COATS, Judge.

John W. Milton was convicted of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony, for possessing cocaine with the intent to deliver. AS 11.71.030(a)(1). He was also convicted of possession of cocaine, a class C felony. AS 11.71.040(a)(3)(A). Milton appeals, contending that Superior Court Judge Richard D. Savell erred in denying his motion to suppress the cocaine the state had used to convict him...
