Noble Robinson, Jr., was indicted by a grand jury on the charge of second degree murder in violation of La.R.S. 14:30.1. The defendant was found guilty following a jury trial and was sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence.
