OPINION

BRYNER, Chief Judge.

A jury convicted Dennis C. Snyder of driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal to submit to a breath test (refusal). Acting District Court Judge William R. Smith imposed consecutive sentences of 120 days with 60 days suspended on each count. Judge Smith also revoked Snyder's driver's license for consecutive five-year periods.
