Defendant-appellant Stephen A. Holmquist appeals his convictions on six counts of importing firearms by means of false statements in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 542 and three counts of exporting restricted firearms in violation of 22 U.S.C. § 2778. Holmquist's case has a certain labyrinthine quality. Having successfully negotiated the maze, however, we find appellant's claims to be without legal merit and, therefore, affirm the judgment...
