This case comes before this court on a petition for review of a consolidated appeal of three pretrial orders in three cases involving traffic crimes. In each case, defendant was charged by indictment with the offense of felony driving while revoked. Because the driving privileges of defendants Hammerton and Walmsley were revoked under the same statute, we decide their cases in this consolidated opinion. Defendant Daniels' driving privileges...
