Plaintiff Julie Anderson Turner appeals from a jury verdict for defendant Amy Nelson on Turner's negligence claim. Turner contends that the trial court abused its discretion by not allowing her to call a "rebuttal" witness whom she had not listed on her pretrial designation of witnesses.
