Justice RIZZI delivered the opinion of the court:

Defendant, Erwin Feyrer, was found guilty on one count of first degree murder (Ill.Rev. Stat.1987, ch. 38, par. 9-1(a)), and two counts of attempted murder (Ill.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 38, pars. 8-4(a), 9-1(a)). The court sentenced him to 35 years imprisonment for murder, and two concurrent terms of 20 years each for attempted murder. We affirm.
