Defendant, Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate), appeals from a judgment awarding plaintiff, Dana DeGeorge, insurance proceeds for damage to an outboard motor under a boatowners policy, plus penalties and attorney fees for its arbitrary and capricious failure to pay.
