Appellant was tried by a bench trial and convicted of Count I, Conspiracy to commit dealing in cocaine, a Class A felony; Count II, Dealing in Cocaine, a Class A felony; and Count III, Possession of Cocaine, a Class C felony. He was sentenced to thirty (30) years on Count I, which was enhanced by an additional thirty (30) years due to a finding that he is a habitual offender. He received thirty (30) years for Count II, to run consecutive to Count I...
