OPINION

DAVIS, Judge:

Defendant Brett Allen Olsen appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of second degree murder and mentally ill in violation of Utah Code Annotated § 76-5-203 (Supp. 1993). We affirm.

I. FACTS
