Plaintiff-appellant Gregory Buckland sued Defendant-appellee Ida Reed for injuries sustained in an automobile/motorcycle collision. Buckland also sought damages for injuries sustained when he slipped and fell subsequent to the collision. The case proceeded to trial by jury which awarded damages to Buckland in the amount of $12,000.00. Buckland now appeals raising four issues for our review which we consolidate...
