In these original proceedings, consolidated for argument and decision, petitioners make various challenges to a ballot title certified by the Attorney General for a proposed initiative measure. Pursuant to ORS 250.067(1), each of the petitioners submitted to the Secretary of State timely written comments on the earlier, proposed ballot title, and each is entitled to bring these challenges to the certified ballot title.
