Defendant Jimmie Jones was convicted by a jury of conspiracy to possess cocaine and heroin with intent to distribute, distribution of heroin, attempt to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, as well as firearm, currency structuring, money laundering, and tax evasion offenses. The district court sentenced Mr. Jones to several concurrent terms of imprisonment, the longest of which is 360 months...
