Petitioner Fay Luan Bonnell (Wife), formerly known as Fay Luan Ingalls, appeals from the trial court's decision crediting Respondent David Lee Ingalls (Husband) with child support "prepayments" and determining that Husband should not be held in contempt for failure to pay child support. Three issues are raised on appeal; whether: (1) the trial court erred in granting Husband a credit for alleged "prepayments" of child support...
