Bean appeals from a conditional guilty plea to possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 32A-12-209(1) (1991),1 a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37a-5(1) (1990), a class B misdemeanor.
