This is an appeal from a trial court judgment in favor of plaintiff.

FACTS

On July 16, 1990, plaintiff Cynthia White was acting within the course and scope of her employment as a rural route mail carrier when the vehicle she was driving was struck from the rear by a vehicle being driven by seventeen-year-old Wilson R.
