PROCEDURAL HISTORY OF THE CASE

On April 16, 1987, a Jefferson Parish Grand Jury filed an indictment charging defendant, Jerrald1 L. Wilson, with two counts of first degree murder, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:30. At the May 29, 1987 arraignment, defendant pled not guilty.
